The Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST) offers both undergraduate and postgraduate studies in its satellite campus. The University was established with the assistance of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where the culture of research and industry
collaboration is greatly emphasised.
The University specializes in preparing human capital in the fields of Transport and Logistics, Information Technology and Internet Engineering, and Business Studies. The University has won accreditation as a “Premier Institution” by the Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges and Universities (ASIC) from the United Kingdom.

MUST has now become one of the foremost learning centres for Transport and Logistics with a hundred per cent take up rate of all graduates by our industry partners. We are proud to note that many of our graduates are offered jobs while completing internships indicating the high quality of knowledge and training they have received at the University. As a further step to bring industry, regulators and educators together, the University has established the Asia Logistics Supply Chain Council (ALSCC) in line with Industry 4.0 - which will be a platform for all stakeholders to come together and consistently improve industry standards.

In the area of Information Technology and Internet Engineering, MUST has been awarded a research grant by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), an agency of United Nations, to set-up a Centre of Expertise for IPV6 and IOT. This is a recognition of our world class faculty. The business degrees and programs are further accredited with dual degree awards from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) of UK, which is an Ofqual recognised body.
We have now become the preferred university for our Post graduate programs on the strength of our outstanding faculty who bring practical experience and academic robustness to the learning process. Akin to other leading universities of the world, more than 40% of our students are currently pursuing postgraduate programs. The University has pursued an aggressive digitalization of its programs and this has enabled it to
achieve an international outreach in countries stretching from Africa to Vietnam, and covering countries such as India, China and Myanmar as well.
